My wife and I purchased a Dell Laptop from the site last December. The hard drive has died on us but we didn't think this was a problem until we logged on to Dell's website only to discover the warranty had run out in February!
Since when does a one year warranty only last 3 months? We are disgusted that this has happened and now we must pay at least R600 for a new hard drive because Kalahari started the warranty when THEY bought it and not when they sold it to us!
