You would have more luck getting a Nigerian online artist to deliver your order!
By their fourth delivery attempt, I expect that someone in management would be in control of the situation and personally oversee even the packing of our order, but not at Pick n Pay. I would fire every single person involved with the online and delivery service. They cost their company millions in tanks of petrol wasted by driving back and forth, the man hours and airtime squandered, just to try skimp, to save a few cents, by not supplying their online clients with the advertised price of their specials and not delivering fresh produce. Pick n Pay surely, commit by claiming that items that are on special are out of stock?
I challenge Pick n Pay to sort our order out by either coming to collect their stock and refund us, or alternatively, deliver the goods that we ordered and have paid for at the price that was advertised and the balance that was overcharged be refunded to us.
It's not that complicated.
I have been to their store and what was ordered by us, is in fact available on their shelves and in no short supply.
