I placed an online order with Pick n Pay on Wednesday the 02/10/2013 and selected delivery slot for the 04/10/2013 at 14:00-15:00. The order was to be delivered to my work address as Pick n Pay do not have my home address on their system. I received a call from Customer Service on the 04/10/2013 at 12:27pm (90 minutes before expected delivery) stating that they have a two our delay as the store has not prepared my order. How is it possible that an order was received two days upfront is not prepared 90 minutes before delivery??? I will not make use of Pick n Pay online again!!!
