I placed an order for wine online at 9am on Wednesday 11/12/2013 for delivery Friday 13/12/2013 from 6-7pm. I received a call Friday afternoon 4pm informing me they are out of stock.
I told them it is unacceptable as 1) I have a Xmas dinner planned for the evening and I need the wine, 2) they had 2 days to let me know they don't have stock, NOT 2 HOURS BEFORE DELIVERY!!!
The lady said she will see what she can do and let me know. Needless to say no call from her until Tuesday 17/12/2013. Thank you for ruining my dinner with friends Pick and Pay online shopping!!
I have already payed for the wine, but nothing from Pick and Pay Online Shopping. I want a refund immediately!!! I am not interested any pathetic fruitbasket or any other nonsense that you offer to say you are sorry.
Bottom line is, YOU OFFER A SERVICE THAT YOU CAN NOT DELIVER ON!! PATHETIC!
