I went in to a Jet store on saterday the 7th Sep 13, I found that they have marked down pyjamas to R 69.99 and I took a set. When I got to the till point the lady which assisted me, ( Maryjoice) told me that the Price is different on the system and not as the one on the tag, I explained to her that, that is the price which they have put up and she assisted me by kindly calling her manager whose name is Collins! He came and rudely told me that the price is the one on the system and there is nothing I can do about it!!! Then he went back leaving me and the cashier dumb struck. The cashier apologised though there was nothing she can do nothing much to help me! On monday the 9th Sep, I called Jet call centre and spoke to a lady by the name of Aphiwa who said she will call that store and follow up and will call me back but since then I have been waiting! It is sickening how Jet is operating, It is not a shop where u do your shopping at ease and convenience! they have the slowest and the most rude staff I've ever came across.
