Pick N Pay Online Dissapoints Again

I placed my online order on the 02/02/2014, and due to the current special I placed a fairly large online order (119 units) for delivery 03/02/2013.When the order was delivered I noticed that although the amount charged to my credit card was R200.00 less than the original ordered placed, 22% of entire order was out of stock? I then noticed that I was charged the full amount for items that was on special?? I phoned pick n pay online just after the driver left on 03/02/2014, spoken to Clayton. I reported that I was charged for 4 TAB's and only received 2, but would like to cancel the order as I would rather make use of Checkers. The main reason was that I was charged full price for items that was order on the 02/02/2014 @ promotion price. Two days later and still NO FEEDBACK from Pick N Pay, NOT EVEN ON THE 4 TABS CHARGED TO MY ACCOUNT. I normally arrange that my order be delivered at work as PnP do not deliver in Waverley area. I have been driving with the order in my car since Monday??? The saying once bitten twice shy, clearly made a fool out of me as I had to learn my lesson second time around!!!
