On 21/08/2013 I ordered the Storieman 1-4 Omnibus set, but was sent an email saying that volume 1 is out of stock and delivery is dependent on stock availability.
On 05.09.2013 I tried to contact the call centre to enquire when I can expect my outstanding product and have not yet received any feedback despite the following promise on their website:
oWe're working hard to respond to each and every enquiry within 48 hours
I am really upset that I paid for a product, yet the supplier cannot be bothered to keep me updated on a proposed delivery time. It also annoys me that when I look at the "orders in progress" I am to be charged a delivery fee for this outstanding order. This "order in progres" forms part of one order, and is not a seperate order, paid for seperately, so why am I charged for delivery then?
Can someone please contact me so I can either get a delivery date or cancel this parcel all together!!
