I was with my daughter at Northgate on Sunday. Apart from the fact that the store was really hot (no aircon that we could determine was working) - they had closed the fitting rooms (we were told "go to the other ones"...) by the ladies swimwear and the till point there had only one staff member on duty, and "she was working on pricing" - we were told to walk all the way across the store to the only till point working (and only had 3 out of 4 cashiers on duty, the fact that the line was growing by the minute didn't worry anyone...). When I queried this with the cashier (when we finally got to the front) it was "the store is not busy so we close the fitting rooms and the till points). I'm not surprised the store is not busy, if that's the attitude of the floor staff...
Never again!
