On the 16/12/13 at 16h56 i was paying for cds at this branch, when i walked in there were about 8 staff in aa aisle chatting and laughing while we were seeking help on the floor, i picked 3 cds went to the till point and took me 30 minutes to pay even though i was just the only guy at the quoue point, there was just one client paying and other cashier was just standing at the till point not even bothering to assist, she later waved at me n i proceeded to pay, no greeting no talking and there she scanned my cds gave her the money took my cds and left.why have some many people in the store if they are not helping customer but just making noise in the store in their meeting during working hours and arent cashiers suppose to greet customers at the till point?? this is bad service and cannot be condoned, i regret walking in that store that day
