I went to Pick 'n Pay clothing store today in Menlyn, and was shocked by how bad the service is.
As i walked in, the shop was very disorganised. The clothes laying on the floor, not on hangers, the staff standing around chatting to each other, not taking note of any customers. There are 2 fitting rooms, but for the past year only 1 has been "working". I spent 40min in the shop, which only 10min spent for browsing. The rest of the time i was standing in ques for fitting room and till (which there was also only 1 cashier). Finally another came along and wasn't much help either. Definitely getting irritated with the bad service there!
