Last week Saturday we visited the store in west-gate shopping center after we had purchased a pair of Polo shoes from another store. As both my husband and myself were fitting we were told to use the same fitting room. Immediately after living the fitting rooms we went straight to the tills but only to realize that we forgot the polo shoes inside the fitting rooms, we immediately went back to report to the lady who became very arrogant and did not seem to be bothered. In front of other customers she went on to say how much we were ignorant and she never even bothered to report the matter. There was another lady who works for the store who told us how the same thing happened when a lady lost a bag inside the rooms. This was very funny considering that after every customer gets out they are supposed to check the rooms. we were not even out for 2 minutes when the shoes went missing so it is quite obvious judging from the ladies attitude that she took the shoe and the ladies bag from the previous day for herself. I immediately asked for the store manager and reported the matter and tried to find out if they cannot check fro the ccv but they did not have it!!!
