Shocking service

On Sunday the 15th September 2013, we stood in the EXPRESS queue at woolworths food at Fourways Mall for 45 mins, which is disgusting on its own. To add to this, there was an elderly lady possibly in her 80's who was waiting in the same queue, and a pregnant woman. When the elderly lady complained to a staff member saying she was tired and sore from standing in the queue for so long, nothing was done about it. No preferential treatment was given to her nor the pregnant woman, who also complained to a manager! They were just told to continue standing in the queue! What has happened to respect for other people? Especially a pregnant woman and an elderly lady!!??!!
