I brought in my Russel Hobbs Toaster for repairs on 26/07/2013 (more 7 weeks ago). Repair number 2160637. I've phoned customer services twice last week and again this morning. Every time a lady promises that someone in repairs will phone me back, but no one ever does. Your customer service agents also keep telling me that repairs can take up to 6 weeks; surely they can work out that it has now been more than that! Can someone professional enough please give me a call so that we can sort this out. Thanks.
