I bought an e-reader from [URL Removed] in August 2013. When I received it on the 27th August 2013 I discovered that two of the buttons were not working. It was then sent back, and each time I call they have a different story. This morning I was told that my account was credited with R699 which was the amount I paid for it, I then wanted to re order another one and was told they have now gone up to R799 and it will take another 7 days to credit my account with R100. I am so fed up as this is going on for nearly a month now. My friend had problems with her e-reader from another company and was sent away to the USA and a new one sent to her in less than a week. How can it take nearly a month to sort out this problem?
