I BOUGHT A RUSSEL HOBBS 2 IN 1 BREAD MACHINE IN DEC. IN MARCH - MACHINE NOT WORKING. SO I
GAVE IT IN AND I WAITED FOR 6 WEEKS - MACHINE RECEIVED BACK - NOT WORKING AND BADLY DAMAGED AND IT WAS NOT MY MACHINE THAT I GAVE IN. I GAVE THE MACHINE BACK ON 15/5. MAKRO REPAIRS PERSONNEL HAD A BAD ATTITUDE, AND TELLING ME SINCE 28/5 MACHINE READY FOR PICK UP. TODAY I WAS AT THE REPAIRS DEPARTMENT TO QUERY MY MACHINE, SO I REQUESTED TO CALL THE MANAGER. ACCORDING TO THEM MANAGER WAS IN A MEETING, BUT I SAW HIM IN HIS OFFICE BUSY ON HIS CELLPHONE. I AM WAITING NOW FOR 11 WEEKS AND THEY ARE STILL TELLING ME THAT I MUST WAIT 6 WEEKS. THE 6 WEEKS FOR REPAIRS IS 5 WEEKS OVERDUE. MAKRO REPAIRS DEPARTMENT IS REALLY RIDICULOUS...
