I purchased the Nu Metro Fanatics option at Nu Metro The Glen. I was given a brochure with 2 coupons in it, 1 being a free movie and the other a Exclusive Books coupon. When i tried using either of the coupons, i was asked for a Fanatics card, which i was never given in the first place, i was told by the gentlemen that i purchased it from that it will be posted to me in 2 weeks, it has been over 3 months now that i am waiting. I now see that Nu Metro is no longer accepting new applicants for the Fanatics program as stated on their website, so this is either one of 2 things, either a money making scheme or a sales gimmick in order to get people to support Nu Metro rather than Ster Kinekor, either way this is a S.C.A.M. I then went to Exclusive Books, The Glen, as i was told by Nu Metro staff that Exclusive Books will sort the problem out, only to be told by the "Manager" of Exclusive Books, The Glen that he cannot do anything with regards to my issue and that Nu Metro was useless, however he was just as useless.
