On 4 February 2013 I paid for my Fanatics Card. I didn't receive notification that it had been activated yet did get an email saying I had a movie ticket from nu metro for my birthday. Nu metro claimed my Fanatics card was invalid. I contacted Exclusives, my query was passed from one person to the next. I contacted Fanatics and was told my card is active but when in store I was told that my name and ID are on the system but not the card. So besides being unable to use my birthday voucher, I can't use the Nu metro voucher or Exclusives voucher I received with payment of my Fanatics card. I can't get a proper response, and with the warehouse sale coming up I don't even know if I will be going as my card (which I paid for) is invalid and I will lose points. On the Exclusives site my card shows as being active but I can't do anything else with it or my vouchers. I am now seeking a refund.
