Exclusive Books
No Delivery & No Response

I placed an order with Exclusive Books over a month ago (on-line) and have been following up on my order ever since but have received no response.
My book was supposed to be delivered to the Glen Branch but I have still not received any notification of delivery or late delivery hence I find their service quite pathetic.
Can someone at Exclusive Books respond to me regarding my order???
