Great attitude

Good day.

So Fridays are normally bad when it comes to customer service. Its been a long week and you just want to get home and relax.

On Friday 23rd August I finished my course in Sandton and thought to go for a break before heading home. After lunch I went into Exclusive Books and approached the counter. From the wrong side. Skipping people in the line to pay. The salesman was busy but as I approached he saw me and dropped what he was doing and smiled and asked if he could assist. I asked for 3 books and he immediately turned around and got the latest one of the shelf behind him. He then said please wait and went and fetched the other 2 himself. He asked if I had a fanatics card and then asked if I wanted a plastic bag. He rang my purchases and packed the books while the transaction loaded.

He was friendly, helpful and efficient.
Keep up the good work Gerrit and Exclusive Books Sandton.
