Hi,

3 months ago I applied for a Fanatics card because due to the fact that I buy alot of books for myself and for my company from Exclusive Books. I was given a movie voucher for NuMetro but when I tried to redeem it at the cinema, the lady there told me that my Fanatics card was not activated. Althought the lady in the Exclusive Books branch in Tygervalley promised that it would be active after 3 days, and this was 3 months ago.

Come on Exclusive Books, I would not expect such service from you guys.
