For the past couple of months I have been noticing how sale items at Bertrams Spar are always out of stock. I first encountered this when wanting to purchase Nestle Cerelac which was advertised as a sale item. There was none of the above mentioned product on the shelf. When the sale period had lapsed however then the self was full. I experienced it twice more with Beacon chocolate slabs and then again with Simba chips. I brought my concerns to management but was told repeatedly that it was not the staff members problem. Today it occurred again. Cadbury bubble chocolateis advertised on special but not a single bar was present on the shelf. What they are doing at Bertrams Spar is absolutely disgusting and completely against consumer rights.
