Took out a Hospital cash back plan during Aug 2011, wanted to claim in June 2013 as my son was hospitalized in May 2013. Was then informed that only I am covered not my son. Asked the agent to check my premium as I am paying more than what a member should pay for the family plan. He then informed me that I was signed up incorrectly and that they will refund the difference in premiums to me. That was in June 2013. After no feedback I inquired again on 24/08/13 and received a reference no 2408130087/GO. An agent then phoned me and informed me that I do not qualify for the plan because I am a soldier. I was then told that they will refund the premiums back onto my Edgars account which I refused because it was not goods I purchased but a premium I paid. I then asked to speak to a manager and the manager informed me that they will pay the premiums into my bank account which I must mail to them with a copy of my ID. I sent that email on 31/08/13 and til today no feedback yet. Your turnaround time on your website is stated as 96 hours to resolve complaints, and here I`m waiting for months already for feedback. Be assured I will close my account with Edgars asap.
