I bought a pair of shoes at your store in Sandton. After I entered my pin I got an SMS that my bank account was billed R499, however the lady at the till said that the till could not read the payment. She asked me to pay again and assured me that the first payment will be reversed within hours. Well, its been two weeks, my money hasn't been reversed. I'm not going top pay R1000 for a R500 pair of shoes! Please return my money!!! And unless you're going to pay for my petrol you dare not tell me to go back to the store again!!! REVERSE MY MONEY PLEASE!!!
