Absa still billing me for a cancelled Absa Service

Purchased an Absa/Innovations Group Service Plan. Wanted to move my service plan because of an existing motorite maintenance plan in place but not transferred to my name. Had 1 service under the plan. Policy that states: In the event that you cancel your Service Plan the following conditions will apply with regard to the refund of premiums: If a claim has been paid under this Service Plan there will be no refund due. Premiums is NOT defined in the policy and i understand premiums to be the monthly installments paid for having the service plan added to your AVAF account. Called AVAF, asked if i can move this plan to when the motorite one expires. I was told that I cant move it and will have to cancel it so I cancelled it, thinking that i did claim one service under the plan but i would only lose the premiums i've already paid. AVAF is still charging me for the cancelled Service Plan. Called Absa & Innovations Group & both say that because I claimed there will be NO REFUND so now i'm paying for a cancelled plan that will cost me R9500 for the one service done. NOT HAPPY AT ALL.Will move to FNB or NEDBANK.Sad since I've been an Absa client since my school days. Will lay a formal complain too.
