BAD SERVICE!!!

I AM A VERY UNHAPPY AND DISSATISFIED CUSTOMER AND EX CUSTOMER TO BE, TOO CUT A LONG STORY SHORT, AN AGENT FROM EDGARS CALLED ME AND EXPLAINED AN ACCIDENTAL DEATH AND HOSPITAL CASH BACK PLAN POLICY AND AFTER HE ASKED IF I UNDERSTAND THE NATURE OF THE POLICY I SAID YES AND THEN HE HANGED UP AND TWO MONTHS LATER I FIND THAT MY ACCOUNT HAS THE TWO POLICIES ON THEM AND AS A MATTER OF FACT MY BALANCE HAS GONE UP TO A POINT WERE IT IS IOVER DRAFT, NOW I CANT USE MY ACCOUNT BECAUSE OF THE UNPAID POLICY PREMIUMS WITH I DID NOT CONSENT TO, I WENT TO THE JOHANNESBURG BRANCH OF EDGARS TO GET A NEW CARD AND I WAS TOLD THAT I CANNOT GET A NEW CARD BECAUSE MY ACCOUNT IS OVER DUE WITH R900, ITS BEEN MIONTH SINCE I ASKED EDGARS TO REMOVE THE POLICIES FROM MY ACCOUNT AND TO TO AMEND THE BALANCE ON MY ACCOUN, IT HASNT BEEN DONE AND IT IS REALLY IRRITATING!!! I AM DISSATISFIED AND INCONVINCED BY THIS!!! BAD SERVICE AND BAD ATTITUDE RECIEVED FROM THE ACCOUNT DEPARTMENT LADY WHO COULDNT EVEN GREET BACK WHEN I GREETD HER...!!! I AM NOT HAPPY!
