Unwanted insurance and hospital plan

In November, 2012 I realized that my account was in arrears with Edgar's. I could not understand it, since I always pay more than I should each month. I phoned the local branch office in Alberton. They checked for me and informed me that there is a hospital plan, home insurance and air time added to my account. I never asked, nor accepted, nor signed these contracts. I never received a telephone request in this regards from any agent. Edgars also could not find the necessary audio proof nor did any sign paper work concerning this. On the 25th of November I went to see Client Services of my branch office and they phoned Head Office. I spoke to a lady with the name of Mandisa Makhubulo. She could not understand that I have been paying these insurances since May, 2011.I explained to her, that I am blind and I only get someone to check the installment which I have to pay each month. Since I know that there should not be any extra payments due on my account. She cancelled the insurances for me, but this did not solve the problem, since I paid a lot of extra money on something I never asked for, Edgars thus owes me money. Many phone calls and time wasted and yet no joy! Edgars does not care!
