Edgars has not given feedback as per my request to Flatta; only asking for specific dates since yesterday???
Also, it does not make sense why Edgars' collecting agent made an offer on 19/09/2013 without answering any of the myriad of questions I had on their practices regarding fees charged among other things. Suddenly today they "promise" to get back to me with only the copy of the credit protection plan which I never even received from Edgars more than 19 or so years ago when the account was opened, and my questions have still not been answered for more than 3 months now by this collecting agent...
