Once Again Bad Service from Makro

On Monday 9 September 2013 10:00 I phone Makro Centurion in regards with the Goldair 18 000 BTU Split Unit Air Conditioner that is on special for R 4, 999. After having to convince the sales person that that's the one I want and not the Samsung that he keeps pussing me to purchas there was suddenly no stock, he was not willing to check with the other branches for me as according to him the head office would do it and they can arrange with the people who will be installing the unit to bring it with them. This all seems straight forward does it not? Well I'm still waiting for head office to contact me and now the special is over and the Air is retailing for R 5, 999.To make things worst when i inquired about a Samsung 12, 000 BTU that I also want to purchase I was told to go and buy it from Game as Makro can't match the R 2, 000 Game is selling them for.
