Makro Alberton your service is pathetic. I went in to the Branch to purchase a TV which was on special. 1stly they advertise a TV on special when no-one has stock. Then they offer me a Demo model which I finally went for. Two days later I went back to complain the unit is faulty to be told by the sales person they were aware of the fault. But don't worry they will order us a new one. On Tuesday I called to be told that it has been discontinued now they want me to take a another Demo model or a refund. Please someone explain how such a big company like Makro can do this to customers. The store manager is never available so how do we sort this out. Makro Head Office is just as pathetic can't help or maybe they just don't bother making an effort?
