My husband and I both bought a bottle of skip liquid for the 'guaranteed prize' We simply had to sms in and answer some questions which we did, and chose the CTFM voucher. We were notified that we would get a call within 48 hours. I have mailed them 3 times and received no reply. I had no idea that such a large company would guarantee something that its seems they have no ability to guarantee. This is incredibly disappointing.
