7 weeks ago my new washer was taken away for a drum steam by LetMeRepair. Returned to Makro by LMR my machine which they damaged. To-date I cannot get anyone to give me an answer as to what is happening regarding my replacement. Costing me a fortune to launder at a laundromat as well. Cannot get Makro to commit as they are waiting on Samsung to send replacement (Model not in stock at Makro) So what is the problem with Samsung??? What game are they playing??? I am sick & tired and totally frustrated of being given the run-a-round by Samsung & Makro...
