NO SERVICE / NO LETTER

I was at my branch asking if they can help me get a settlement letter. Firstly no one was at the credit desk for half an hour and no one else could assist me. They eventually phoned the lady on her cellphone, I had to leave my details for her to come to me... no success. I just want to settle my debt - PLEASE HELP
