Ive been trying to get a settlement letter from nedbank in order to settle my credit card accout since monday 04/02/13. I am being given the run arounds. Firstly I spoke to the guy by the name of Patrick (011 294 9282) to request the letter and a discount on my debt. He responded to me by saying the manager (Shante Vernandez) says I must call the attorneys handling my account to check if the is no judgement against my account. I called the attorneys and they confirmed that no judgement against me. I called Patrick back and explained to him that there is no judgement against my name on my amex credit card account, he then asked me how much am I willing to settle, then I said to him R22 000. Then he advised me to call the attorneys for the settlement letter. I called the Attorneys on 011 616 2562 and spoke to the lady by the name Sharon. She told me that she cant do the settlemet letter because Patrick did not update the system for me to can make a payment of R22 000.
Since tuesday05/02/13 Ive been begging nedbank and the attorneys handling my account to send me a settlement letter till today Im still struggling and I have a very tight deadline.
