3Months ago I applied for a loan, and now I want a settlement letter. I phoned the head office and was advised to go to a branch. I supplied my details online and I was emailed the documents, now I want a settlement I need to go to a branch, what branch because I never went to any branch. In my understanding a settlement letter is generated from the system, the worst past she gave me a wrong number claiming its St Georges Branch number. I demand a settlement letter to be sent to my email address that I provided because I don't have a chance to go to a branch and I need the letter now. Is this too much to ask?
