I requested a settlement letter on my credit card which was in arrears more than four times and every time I phoned I was told the settlement letter was sent to my email adress and I was on my email account the whole day nothing came through. The last person i spoke to was Fikile Twala in credit rehabilitation centre who was also rude to me. I am not complaining about the service as I am used to that type of service especially from the ladies what I need is the settlement letter on my overdue credit card so that i can settle my debt with Standardbank. and this is the same run around i experienced when i wanted to settle my vehicle account. i also had to go through all the rude people who could not assist me in anyway for over a month especially the lady only dealing with the Standardbank Vehicle finance email box in customer service. yoh that woman! This is really wrong especially for business. can someone please send me the settlement letter to my [Email Removed] today.
