I am really confused. On Saturday 19 September i received my settlement letter from Easy Plan help desk. I wanted to settle my loan account. I took the letter to Fnb Zevenmaght Mall to settle my loan. The teller then told me that the acc no (62231908560) which is on the settlement letter is not being accepted and that my settlement amount of R2611, 03 must be paid into acc no 62021014189 which he did. When i got home i phoned the help desk (0861733359). A consultant at the help desk then told me they received NO notification of a change of acc number. This is really a concern to me as i need to know where my money is because i want my loan to be settled and all debit orders to be cancelled. It unfair of Fnb to inconvenience me for a problem that i did not create.
Please sort out this problem.
