Poor service from customer care

On the 12 September 2013 the customer care line contacted me after having laid a complaint on hello peter, i explained to the operator that i was busy in a meeting and if she could contact me later. 96 hrs have past and im still waiting... did you guys forget about me? Are you guys not committed to service? Its now a month and a half since i purchased a product which i still cannot consume?
