Incomplete Settlement Lette

Morning Peter

I have a credit card with African Bank and I went to the branch to ask for the settlement letter. They contacted the head office to send it. The head office emailed it to me and it doesn't have a name and a signature of the person issued it. And that gives me a headache because my bank said is not going to settle the account until the settlement letter is being signed. I phoned African Bank many times to send me the correct settlement letter. But they still send me the same letter. It looks like no one want to do what is required by my bank. Please help, I need it please
