Settlement Letter Personal loan

I have been phoning FNB on several occasions on 0861404040 for the past two weeks now just to get a settlement letter for my personal loan. Every time they tell me while we on the phone the letter will be e-mail in five minutes which is two weeks now. I would like to settle this account but i don't know what game they playing. I have spoken to four consultants already and they all give me the same answer the e-mail will be in five minutes. I eventually went to FNB Rosebank for the settlement but was referred to the same number (0861404040) as i was told they the only once that could give me a settlement letter. The three names i can remember is Lee-Ann, Kensani and Liree. My asking for the letter dates back to the 18/06/2013 till 27/06/2013. I would really appreciate it if you can help me get the settlement letter out of them.
