A week ago we went for medical tests for Discovery wellness program myself, my wife and daughter. The tests was completed and paid for. A week later we still do not have the test results neither was it loaded onto my discovery profile. Upon calling the store it appears that my records are lost!!! This is very concerning that my confidential medical reports go missing. The service at CLICKS is shockingly poor. Ask for teh branch manager or the pharmacist in charge, i was refused. I will stop using clicks going forward, and will need to get the medical council involved to sue clicks for losing my details.
