My complaint is about the overall attitude from management towards the employees when their employees ask for help when managers are outside and smoking close to the till-points they tell them to go all the way to the back of the shop to ask the receiving manager who is busy with work to come and help them out, the communication level that they are working on does not work because they are told that no one must enter the till accept the financial manager and the cashiers, when they follow that rule and refuse to give out money to any other manager they get shouted on by whomever wants the money. When they say its the rule that they have to work on, they say they must go talk to the store manager the agreements work between two other managers the store and the financial manager, customers are complaining to the cashiers about the stock which never seems to be there or not priced correctly and they expect an answer, first in and first out rule is not being obeyed to, the newer stock are packed in the front and the older stock at the back. I have also picked up some from the managers towards the employees.
