Went to Clicks Elardus Park/Cornwall Hill on 23/9/2013 for blood test and the nurse refused to assist me and chased me away as i did not have an appointment.
I am on Discovery medical aid and i was guaranteed by my medical aid that there is an agreement in place with Clicks that members can walk in for bloods without an appointment,
I was so embarrassed as this rude nurse *blond, female) did this in front of another patient. Who gives her the right to treat me this badly? I do not even talk to my dogs that badly.
I even explained to her about discovery's agreement and she just refused to help me and slammed her door in my face.
i then went to the Woodlands branch, where the nurse was on leave! I ended up paying for the bloods myself with Ampath because of this.
I will not make use of Clicks again, i will rather go to Dischem.
