I'm a fan of Clicks but after today when I got an SMS from some legal firm requesting me to make an immediate payment as I have been handed over to them, now my question to Clicks is the following:
How is this possible if I buy medication from Clicks with my medical aid and I'm immediately told of a levy that I must pay before living the shop. In fact the Pharmacist are able to tel me if there's no funds or if the item is not covered by my medical aid. I'll also want to bring it to your attention that this is an account of April 2011 service was rendered by quagga Mall Clicks and I had about it few hours ago from the attorney. No one from Clicks cared to call me and inform me of this issue. This is an amount R172.95 ill like to make it clear that if I was told about It i would have called my medical aid and enquire the problem as in April is still too early in the year for my medical aid not to settle an account. Three years down the lines I'm handed to the lawyers by Clicks and what's am I do to in this situation please advice.
