They can do what they want

I took my 5 year old girl for blood tests, referred by my doctor.
I asked for a Discovery Pathology form, as stated on your website:
oWe also pay these claims up to maximum of the Discovery Health Rate, where you have run out of funds in your Medical Savings Account and you have not yet reached your Annual Threshold provided that: oYour doctor requested these tests using the Discovery Health Pathology form, and
oThe tests are done at one of our network providers.
I got a vermaak & Partners form, with Discovery on, and took her for the tests.
HUGE was my surprise!!!
No, although I used a DISCOVERY form, vermaak & partners are ONLY a prefferd supplier of the KEYCARE plan, NOT the MORE EXPENSIVE CLASSIC PRIORITY!!!
WHAT???

So, after phoning Discovery I was told I should have taken my 5 year old girl to Clicks/Pick n Pay/etc, to have her blood tested!!
WHAT???

So, we pay over R6000 but I am expected to go to CLICKS for blood tests???
But KEY CARE can go to the labs with more experienced staff???

Once again, WHAT???

We are looking at other medical aids, DISCOVERY is a JOKE!!!
and NOT a funny one!!!
