I am very unhappy since someone has used my Cliks/Vitality details to pay for a script. This went through my medical aid. I have never been to Clicks in Eastgate. I have taken it up with Discovery who is now investigating the matter. Also, there is no referring doctor on the script that has been put through to Discovery.
I called Clicks cal centre today to find out if I can get a new card. The person that helped me, tried to tell me many times that this is impossible without my medical aid card. Well, guess again...
Basically I want a new clicks/discovery card and a new number!
