I have a child in tears because he has to wait for his present. I have ordered from Kalahari and was promised 24 hour deliver if ordered before 12, I ordered later than that and expected at least 48 hour delivery and yet, we are now on 72 hours and still no delivery. I have contacted Aramex who promised me it will be delivered this morning, at 16:00 I contacted them and they assured me it will be sent with the night time driver and will be delivered between 18:00 and 20:00. At 20:00 I phoned and someone only answered the 3rd time I rang, only to be told they do not have any drivers available - some delivery company they are. I will in future rather order from reliable companies like Amazon and pay than not receive my order on time.
