I just would like to know how can Edgars/Edcon send a sms: you are now loaded a slow payer listing to the registered Credit Bureaux. If their bank details doesn't for EFT on ABSA doesn't work. I've tried for 3 days to do EFT payment and even went through the app with a customer care person. I've spoke to 3 different people. This is unacceptable. I'm an account holder for years and years and this is what you do to good customers. Because of 1 overdue payment because your EFT system doesn't work and your customer services can't even help with the internet payments. I sorry but I'm so done with Edgars. I'll radar go toe Mr Price or Fochini but never again Edgars. I would also like for you to send me proof that you took me off as a slow payer. No man come on.
