UNABLE TO ALLOCATE PAYMENTS

I was rather annoyed, when, while on holiday, I was repeatedly receiving sms notifications that my Edgars accounts had not been paid. I had in fact paid my account on the 29 July 2013 and eventually, just to stop the annoying sms's, I made another payment on the 14 August 2013 I then got back to the office and emailed the Edgars accounts as per email on the statement, with proof of payment attached. On the 23 August, I paid another R250, only to receive an sms that I have not paid. That is a total of R660 that cant be acccounted for. When I called., i was transferred to Diane Mitchells who I emailed all the proof of payments, etc but they still cant seem to find the payments. I always use the same account number to pay from and cannot understand how Edgars did not receive the payments. I even had Cynthia Adams from Collections call on the 24 Aug. I request that all late payment charges and interest charged be removed from the account. Please check your accounts properly and then react because if an account is paid every month and is up to date, there is no need to send constant sms notices every day. You need to also consider that maybe the problem could be on your side too
