My new phone is still not working

Two weeks ago i bought a Nokia phone @ Edgars Soshanguve Plaza. Upon recieving my phone i noticed that my phone was faulty and i could not access the internet. I took the phone back to the store and i waited over 9-10 days for the phone. Finally my phone arrived last week Thursday and is STILL FAULTY i spoke to the store manager hes refuses to take back the phone and he think just because hes the manager he can bully custoners. I
will not pay for something that is not working. Take your phone and cancell the transaction.
