I logged a query on the 20/08/13 with regards to a wedding ring that I was looking for. Gail was the person helping me with regards to the query. She kept on updating me now and then and giving me feedback were it was needed. She went extra mile for me, she valued me as a customer. I would like to thank her for the services that she gave me, I really appreciate it. More people like her are needed in the retail industry.
